Sous Chef Laine – Making Dumplings Using her Proprietary “Smash Method”
Laine loved to cook with Anna, and Anna was a patient teacher. In this video Laine is making dumplings. She believed she invented a method of making dumpling wrappers using a tortilla press (versus a rolling pin). She calls her method the “Smash Method”. She is proudly describing it here. This video was shot in January, a little over a month before Laine died.
